# New admin console (coming, pictures first)

These are pictures of a new admin console, the screen the team uses to run Greenlight. Nothing is built yet. You cannot tap anything except the image to see it bigger. Names and numbers are made up.

The console has six sections: Inbox, Queues, Members, Money, Pulse and Settings. It opens on Pulse, the numbers page, with one line at the top telling you how many things are waiting for you. It works on a phone and on a computer, and it follows the same light or dark setting you picked for the app.

Please reply with anything that is missing, in the wrong place, or confusing. It is much cheaper to change a picture than a finished screen.

## Figures

- Pulse on a computer (s/pulse-desktop.png): Pulse is the scoreboard: how many people signed up in the last 30 days and how many paid, like checking the door count and the ticket sales after a night out. Tap any number and you get the list of people behind it, like opening the stack of sign up sheets.
- Pulse on a phone (s/pulse-phone.png): The same scoreboard on a phone. The strip at the top says 11 things are waiting, oldest 2 days, like a sticky note on your monitor, with a link that opens the Inbox.
- Pulse in the dark theme (s/pulse-desktop-dark.png): The same page in the dark theme, for anyone whose app is set to dark. The console simply follows the choice you already made in the app.
- Inbox on a computer (s/inbox-desktop.png): The Inbox is the pile on the front desk, grouped by kind, oldest first inside each pile. Each pile has its own buttons, like stamping a form approved right at the desk instead of walking it to another office.
- Inbox on a phone (s/inbox-phone.png): The same pile on a phone, with big buttons for a thumb. Handy for approving an ID check while you wait for a coffee. Dismiss closes a report without touching the member and can be reopened from Reports. Reject asks why first, and the member sees the reason. Approve is one tap.
- Ban from a report on a computer (s/ban-from-report-desktop.png): Open a reported member from the Inbox, read the facts, then use one button that does the steps you do by hand today: disable the account, withdraw their offers, close their chats, cancel their subscription and mark the report done. It is like closing a bar tab with one signature instead of filling out a stack of forms.
- Ban from a report on a phone (s/ban-from-report-phone.png): The same on a phone. The member card slides up from the bottom like a drawer, and the ban question appears on top so nobody bans by accident while scrolling.

Sections: Inbox, Queues, Members, Money, Pulse, Settings. Landing page is Pulse. Pictures only, nothing built. Tracking issue: Greenlight #1043.
